Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind our work.

We'll make it right if: the file is corrupted or won't open, the product is materially not as described, or you were charged twice. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order reference and we'll fix the file or refund you.

We can't refund simply because you changed your mind after downloading, since digital goods can't be returned.
